Glasco did a great job of mixing it up in the 6th inning. I find it hard not to win the conference out right with Troy still have two against SoAl and 3 against TxSt.
I watched the second game yesterday and when I turned it on today we were up 1-0. You’re welcome
34-7.
16-2 conference
9 games left.
If we can be 43-7 or 42-8 heading into conference tournament play I’ll be very happy.
I think that's going a bit far. The truth is, the Cajuns had two hits going into the six inning. Cierra's job at the plate was to advance the runner. She attempted a bunt on the first pitch and missed. Then Glasco gave her the go-ahead to swing away. She crushed it, so I'm glad she didn't get the bunt down. The truth is, their freshman pitcher threw one bad pitch over five innings. She then got pulled and that's when the fireworks really started.
IMO, Texas State mentally quit when the homer went over the scoreboard. They show no heart after that, just went thru the motions. Quickest way to pack up and go home. And the Cajuns gladly obliged.
