.......I guess it wasn’t the best but...... the water in the showers came down like a waterfall (full, hard, and hot as you wanted).....loved to sit in the whirlpool (only 1 could fit)......after the shower the fan felt great....hey we each had our own locker....now practicing where the shot had been thrown was bad.....some tough times on the baseball field (baseball diamond)......lots of guys didn’t finish their eligibility....lol!!!

We could watch the baseball games from Little Abbeville!! Didn’t help calculus.

Encourage all to read those articles. Great (well maybe not so great considering the stories there remind them how inadequate facilities were 55 years ago) memories for many in those words.
