After she settle down from the 1st inning I would have stayed with her also. Dixon should have been able to get outs and just didn't.

That could have been a reason he pulled her. She didn't look to be laboring so I would have stayed with her. If he pulled her for pitch count reasons then I don't think he would have went back to her. With a 5 run lead and one out Dixon should have been able to get some outs and just didn't.
