    Flake's no. 20 jersey is retired by Louisiana's Ragin' Cajuns. He played for UL in the 1960s, but can still ball at age 73.

    He is a member of the Louisiana Basketball Hall of Fame and the Southwestern Louisiana Athletics Hall of Fame.

    When ever I see a thread with just a name I immediately think that person has died or is very ill. I guess it's a sign of the times.

    Yeah, I thought the same thing until I read the thread. Happy for Jerry tho! Watching that video of him balling at 73 was super cool! Makes me wonder how good he must’ve been in college! Is there any footage of him playing?
