So exactly how does beating SBC members with triple figure RPIs help? We’ve seen this dance in basketball...sure didn’t help Georgia State or Texas State in MBB. Our WBB, not even close to an at large. It’s win the conference tournament or we may be sitting home.

Beating Alabama would help but I haven’t seen the pitching from UL this year that can.

That's my point. There are occasions where you beat a team with a bad RPI and your's drop. To think beating the bottom feeders of our conference will boost our RPI is foolish.

Taking off the vermilion colored glasses, we aren't what we think we are this year. We need to see this play out, but I'm not optimistic. At the end of the day, we are not a P-5 and the P5s would love to see us go away. Don't give them the excuse.

And the P5s all move up because they’re playing each other. Can’t polish this t.u.r.d away. Outside of dominating Alabama, nothing moves UL up. Heck we’re THIRD in the SBC RPI. That’s who we are.
