Thank goodness. I can’t remember the last time that they needed a win that badly. May look back at this split and consider it a critical point in the season. Two losses there and you lose what little optimism you had left to at least host. Still a few top 25/rpi boosters in the schedule, but to be honest, it was just about beating a good team today.

Even the Longhorn announcers were saying how all of the close calls in the first game along with the one he got thrown out for went the way of Texas. The first was at home plat where they kept showing that Rawls was safe. He should trend.
