I'm pretty sure 96% is % 1st team production returning. Defense is returning all 11 or 100%, Offense....only one of 2 backs actually started any game, every one else back. So 10 of 11 1st team starting production is returning on offense.

Add in kicker/punter returning and you have 23/24.....or.....96%.
