Glasco said this was his most talented roster. Coach speak, I know, but if there any truth to that then something is up.

You’d almost prefer dropping a game or 2 to the likes of mcneese or uab if it means taking a P5 win. The 1-4 against p5 is a worrying sign.

Talent doesnt mean there will be chemistry or consistency. We are struggling with that. Time for a players only meeting where someone needs to step the ____ up and be a ALPHA DAWG!

Players should create the energy. We where flat. As I left the park and was listening to Bobby on the post game he made perfect sense when he said the injuries excuses are over with. We playing with what we have and we looked bad.

One thing I have noticed about Glasco is that he is not shy about calling players out in the media. He called out Summer last night and called out Mayeaux earlier this year. Not sure if calling girls out publicly is the best way to motivate them. IMO, Cajuns need to focus on winning the conference and worry less about their RPI. With the restrictions on attendance because of Covid, home field advantage for regionals will not be as big of an advantage as it has been in past years.

This is crazy talk I've been to lots of SB games and I haven't seen a fan contribute to a victory yet, made an error or got a hit. Oh and even with fan limitations we are not filling the allocated seats not even when LSU came to town.

That may be partly because they are charging double for season tickets, same price as last year for half the games. Many folks not willing to pay that, I imagine.

I was told that all the tickets were sold out and last night someone who tried to buy one at the game was turned away. Fans who have tickets but can't attend should put them up for sale or transfer. I know there are people out there who don't have tickets that want to attend the games. Maybe there is a way to return them to the school so they can be sold at the box office. I am not aware of that option but will look into it.
On another note, I read in Andrew Clay's article about UL Softball being in a rut that Summer's velocity has dropped from the low 70's to around 63. Hopefully it will return.
