I thought he did a great job here; I hate to see him go but I wish him well.

Great for him. He is leaving for an analyst position, so the pay gap must be pretty large.
This is where my main concern is for Napier eventually leaving. If he cannot keep assistants, because they are leaving for higher paying jobs that are actually a step down in title and responsibilities.
I get people leaving for a promotion or lateral move for more money ... DC job at Baylor pays much better than DC job at UL, and more exposure. However, now we have a coordinator leaving for an analyst role. Granted, it is at a SEC school, but still is worrisome.
