Thread: Cajuns ready to finally play, but Glasco sees benefits to extra rest as well

  1. UL Softball Cajuns ready to finally play, but Glasco sees benefits to extra rest as well

There’s getting a little bit of extra rest and then there’s the break the No. 8-ranked UL Ragin’ Cajuns softball team is hoping ends soon.

Originally scheduled to open the season last Friday, it was pushed back and day and then the opening weekend Louisiana Classics event at Lamson Park was totally canceled.

"Quite possibly, softball will begin its season before baseball does for the first time ever". This is from Foote's article. Isn't this backwards, or did the schedule change again?

Yes. That's why his statement is incorrect, Baseball opens before Softball.

We haven't played a game yet. Have any SunBelt teams played games?

    Answered my question; https://sunbeltsports.org/index.aspx?path=softball
There should be a place where we could see all the softball games played in the state of Louisiana or by Louisiana teams. We have a lot of softball playing colleges.

Is it only for the UAB games, or the whole tournament?
