Thread: WBB: Winter Weather Forces Cancellation of Louisiana’s Road Series at UT Arlington

  1. UL Basketball WBB: Winter Weather Forces Cancellation of Louisiana’s Road Series at UT Arlington

Due to travel concerns as a result of recent winter weather, Louisiana Women's Basketball and UT Arlington have canceled their scheduled conference series set for Feb. 19-20 at the College Park Center.

Interesting. ULM and Little Rock just pushed their games back to Sunday/Monday rather than canceling.

Have to say the Covid and weather cancelations have lightened up the WBB Cajuns' schedule quite a bit. Only gonna play UTA 1 out of 4 originally scheduled games, and Little Rock 3 of 4. They're really the only other good teams on this side of the conference.

Canceling those two games clinches the West for the Cajuns.

Isn't there some rule about having to play 75%?

For seeding. If you don’t get to 13 for the women, I think, you are seeded last. Paper had article on that. Men are ok.
