There will be no shortage of interest in filling this position. As great as Sale is, good opportunity to upgrade. UL will have deep pool of talent to choose from. Everybody wants in on the cULture...

This hire is going to really focused on the OL coach, not the OC side, I would think, unless it is for monetary reasons. Did Napier every backfill Looney? If not, probably looking at two OL coaching spots to fill.
