Thread: A few prospects seemed to draw extra praise from Cajuns on national signing day

  1. UL Football A few prospects seemed to draw extra praise from Cajuns on national signing day

Predicting which or how many prospects in a particular signing class are going to make big impacts is a total guessing game no matter what the stars, recruiting websites or court of public opinion say on national signing day.

Take UL’s 2016 class, for example.

.....One of a great secrets in recruiting is the projection of an athlete to a year or years from the present......then the juxtaposition of the recruits to the players that are placed in positions in their careers.....so other than the obvious of players that coach has mentioned we are not sure of the future positions of the recruits.....some past players position changes landed them in the NFL and we will see maybe some of these OLs and RBs in new rooms!

Both great players. Toy Henry was the best passer we’ve ever had. Sorry Jake. Irving was a beast of a DB.
