This year's schedule had road games against Texas, Houston, USM, and VCU cancelled due to COVID. LA Tech and UNO games were the only non conference games originally scheduled to be held due to COVID. Schedule part of RPI would have been fine had they played what was planned. Now RPI has been replaced by NET. NET does not have as large a reliance on schedule as RPI did. Still I agree that were we fortunate enough to win the tournament we would be a 15 or 16 seed. 16 with the play in may actually be preferable financially. That assumes you win the play in. You get a full share for that extra game.
Can we lay off the Marlin attacks while he is sick with covid?
USM may have been a win. Agree with you on other three. Both Texas and Houston are having good years. Not sure about VCU. Program lost guarantee money from those cancellations so losing those games hurt. Found out we did get paid something for VCU since it was their mistake
