Thread: UL's No. 15 final ranking in AP poll opens many doors for the Cajuns' emerging program

  1. Poll UL's No. 15 final ranking in AP poll opens many doors for the Cajuns' emerging program

There are those that regularly digest college football polls with a grain of salt, and sometimes that approach is supported by sound logic.

I wonder how many new RCAF members we will have this year or have now since this success. If “the Rona” can go away by the summer with the vaccine, It will be interesting to see how much support this nationally ranked team will get via season tickets sales and butts in the seats in the fall. Start it off by a Texas upset and I think you will see the sleeping giant that we all have dreamed of for years.

That texas game just became a whole lot harder to game plan for. Hopefully we can get some film from their spring game and the Cajuns will need to change somethings up also.... their offense will be really good next year with bijon robinson... I think we will be able to exploit their D though. This isn’t texas from the late 90’s and this isn’t a Cajuns team from the past either. You are going to see 2 good football teams throw down let’s hope the vermilion and white can pull this off, but I have texas winning by 7-10 points at this point. Also factor in the crowd and the players will be amped up with a new coach!

Foote nailed it. Not a one day thing......UL will be #15 for the next 7+ months.

Should help in making our game vs TX one of the premier games in America Sept 4th!!!

UL Defense now has the ISU DT that the TX OL couldn't handle and earned Big XII Defensive Player of Week vs the Horns. PLUS several blue chip transfers from Big XII.

For a program where it always seemed the football gods were never on our side, for the most part the last few years, they've spent considerable time in our back yard.

Joined the RCAF for the first time in December. They are doing a promo for recent grads as well were they match what you put in.

If I were in louisiana I’d buy season tickets. Instead I keep telling them to join the American so they can come to Cincinnati every other year and I can see them. You that that Should be a simple request....

Maybe talk to Cincinnati about that for us?

This is so COOL Re: UL's No. 15 final ranking in AP poll opens many doors for the Cajuns' emerging program

If we ever do share a conference, Cincinnati would be a trip I would do every few years. Great program and pretty fun city.

Too bad the Jillians in Covington closed down. Saw some good bands there. Had a nice micro brew restaurant and a bowling alley. Also had night club with some nice looking girls. This is Northern KY so to see talent with all their teeth you had to either go to the stip club in Sparta or drive down to the sorority houses in Lexington.

Appears we have 1311 members of RCAF as of today. At least that’s how many investors are ranked

    How much has this grown?

    Time to grow this thing.
