And the Cajuns whooped us that first game and I’m absolutely positive they would have whooped Oregon as well! Is another difference that iowa state didnt have 70 years of a state government choosing another school in same state over them at every resourcing decision. And also didnt have their already limited resources piddled away by having unwanted inferior schools shoved down their university system's throat that the other system cast aside

Schools are allocated state funds based on a formula including enrollment, majors, and other factors. The money is allocated directly to the school not the system to which thy school belongs. UNO received the same amoun she try it they are in the LSU system or the university of Louisiana system.
