Nice story on Richards. I was looking at some overall stats today and didn’t realize just how high a few of our guys are on the list. Akwuba is #2 in the NCAA in blocks at 3.6 per game and #14 in rebounds at 11.0 per game. Gueye is also #22 overall in rebounds at 10.1 per game. They are both able to score as well although Dou’s outside shooting needs to improve or be toned down. Throw in Richards who is contributing nicely as a freshman and that is a pretty solid trio of big men.

Richards has been very impressive (IMO) as a true freshman ... I love his go get it attitude!
