Coach will open up the competition for every position. However, his QB Club comments indicate he thinks much more highly of Levi than any fan. Says he makes decisions that the average fan no way recognizes. Levi would not be coming back without high confidence he will be the starter. Something very unusual would have to occur for that not to be the case in 2021.
