Kansas State transfer Tyrone Lewis ready to go at Louisiana

When former Kansas State safety Tyrone Lewis put his name in the transfer portal back in November the Hammond, La. native was looking for some home-cooking at his next stop.

And it just happened to work out that Louisiana head coach Billy Napier was looking for a playmaking defensive back. The Ragin Cajuns program “was most definitely” the first one Lewis reached out to after electing to leave Manhattan and he has found his next destination where he hopes to blossom under Napier and company.
