After the CCG debacle, I'm not planning a big Gumbo that'll take hours. I got a nice, big, stuffed pork roast locked and loaded in the freezer. Gonna throw that in the oven Saturday and enjoy the day.

Yep! Have leftover beef tenderloin and cornbread dressing from yesterday. Alligator sauce piquant from Christmas Eve.

Going to enjoy that with some beers sitting my rear on the couch watching football.
