I'd be curious to hear from those giving him low marks...esp, 6 or 7? Wonder what the thinking is behind that.
Interesting that a no BS guy like Coach also says T-Joe is part of the reason. So who hired Dr. M. Hmmm.
It is nice that Dr M make hard, informed decisions that may (or not) seem correct at the time with as much transparency as possible. It is refreshing to see people keep info tight to benefit us not make them look good. I say Dr Maggert was the first brilliant step toward UL success started by The president (who deserves credit also). I say the credit is well deserved by all three men, to include Billy.
Maggard is the best thing to happen in UL athletics. He’s a baseball season and 1 men’s basketball coaching hire away from proving it without a doubt.
This cracks me up every time I hear it on the Ragin' Review. What more could they want from Lewis? He plays his heart out and it still isn't enough.
Because he went to Alabama
Because he went to Clemson
Because he went to Ohio state
Because he went to Oklahoma
Because he went to LSU
And so on and so on.....
Levi was the best qb I saw on our schedule this year. McCall was good but if Saturday would have happened Levi would have proved my point.
His accuracy and arm strength are better than most, and his escapability from pressure may be the best in the country.
Fans love the backup QB. Some love the other teams QB. Some just want a prototypical 6’3” + pocket passer. Some just aren’t ever happy, even during the best run in school history.
