You'll see some guys choose not to return, especially those who have been fighting chronic injuries.

I'm not expecting Eli or Ragas to return. Either would be a welcome surprise. We have a senior OL who started some games who was not on the depth chart for the bowl game. I think he's done.

The most important returnee is the guy with 28 career starts and 42 career appearances at quarterback.
So, the thinking is that Ferod Garner will be back? Huge, but it would be his 7th year total. He was a 6 year senior wasn't he?

You have hijacked more threads than anyone on any UL board with some of the most insane and "clear as mud" takes.

Wow. Didnt think of that. Makes sense for those using their extra year but not really fair for underclassmen. Bt any using a fifth or sixth yr would have to be graduates anyway (or should be academically ineligible) so exempt from sitting out for the most part

All these six year players would make us into a BYU like team. The difference being their six year players spent some time on mission duty instead of weight rooms.

......Gonna need some help on this but when Trahan was our SS, I think that the 2b, 3b, and catcher along with Trahan were HS QBs!

Kendrall Williams is about 5'10" 210 lbs. He could pack another 5-10 lbs and be another Mitchell. I doubt he'll reach Ragas/Harris size. He rushed for 137 yards against Karr last night.
