    What yawl cooking Saturday? I have this left over full size uncooked Turkey in the freezer and I'm looking for ideas. I don't feel like frying or baking unless I have to but with us playing one of the conference birds for the championship I think it fits.

    Thaw it, split it, and throw it on the smoker around 9a, should be ready for game time!!

    GAMEDAY
    Fot Maque Choux

    Each item cooked separately and then combined
    One pound of ground meat... or more.
    Two cans of sweet corn.
    1 can of Bushes Bold and Spicy Pinto Beans (No longer available)
    1 large can of Bushes Chili Beans (Pinto Beans version) hea
    1 can of Ranch Style Beans (Pinto Beans)
    1 cup Sweet Baby Rays BBQ Sauce
    Garlic Powder (user discretion)
    Onion Powder (user discretion)
    Favorite seasoning (user discretion)

    Cook stir and declump the ground meat till broken up and loose in a frying pan.
    Add BBQ sauce.
    Cook down the sweet corn till it caramelizes.
    Heat Beans, heat beans.

    Mix everything together.
