He committed to leaving for the NFL....i don't believe he can return regardless. And, there are family concerns as well...

As a running back your time starts ticking faster than any other position. Even if he returned the added work load would hurt his stock.

Best wishes to Ragas! Hope he makes the Raider roster and has a successful career. Great and fun city to be in. I was hoping the Saints would have signed him after he went undrafted but hopefully he does well in Vegas.
