Cajuns will play LSU-Shreveport Saturday afternoon at 4 in the CajunDome. I know this is not an attractive opponent but program feels they need to play more games prior to conference simply to iron wrinkles out. In the era of Covid, difficult to do anything else, especially at this juncture. I am still disappointed that we could not get McNeese to agree to play. That is especially so after we let them use our facilities for two months. A Twitter verbal thank you they offered was appreciated but they would not offer a true thank you with a game. We could have played twice and given them a higher percentage of the gate in one game but they had no interest in doing something like that.

Probably to make it easier for opponent to get home at a decent hour. Bet they don’t bus in until Saturday morning. Also, just to get everyone accustomed to Saturday conference games which will be at 4. That start time is dictated by the league.
