We need 6-8 designed runs from Levi. Or at least 10 zone reads where is actually reads to keep or hand off. I don’t think they can contain our RB’s if Levi is a REAL threat to run

We will have to be balanced on offense. Let the passing game open up the running game and vice versa. I think it will be important for Levi to hit a deep shot or two earlier in the game to stretch that D. He didn't hit the deep ball well last game and will have to be better there this week. I think our D will be fine as they are pretty consistent but we have to get continued pressure on the QB with our front guys like we did last week.

You might be right about hitting a couple long passes. But maybe getting very close is enough to create the respect you called for. Also completed long balls put you in a better scoring circumstance regardless of the respect.

The weather Friday night is supposed to be appsolutely icky; low 30s & rain at kickoff and mid 20s and snow in 2nd half. If the wind is blowing the misery index could be high. I will be there in as many layers as i can find to put on. Good luck to my Cajun friends!

.... Will need some help on this but McNeese in ‘63 and Ark St in ‘71 I think were very cold ....... also Northern Illinois I think with Mitchell???

They're just commenting on the weather. The game was supposed to be in October and I believe App. State are the ones who had it postponed til now. I don't think we should be punished for that. JMO
