A little dated.

I don't know about that You don't think that they would not want him because of where he's coaching now? We've all heard that they still have people that still love Saban, so if they had the chance to get someone that is a product of Dabo and Saban, changed the culture of the program and is having the success that he is having, they wouldn't go for it? I think that he would at least get a sniff test. Look at Yvette. I hope that he stays to finish what he started, but I wish him well whether he stays or goes. He's earned it.
It looks like Napier may not be going to South Carolina... “Phil Kornblut, a local talk show host and journalist, tweeted out that Oklahoma assistant Shane Beamer will be the next head coach on the South Carolina sidelines.
A source told us early Sunday morning the wheels are in motion for Oklahoma assistant head coach Shane Beamer to be #Gamecocks next head coach. According to our info, Beamer is prepared to accept a 4 year deal at 3 million per. We are assuming university president and board are on board with this but do not have outside confirmation on that. But based on our info, an announcement within the next couple of days is possible.”

Would that make Billy willing to look for a little less desirable P5 to further his career.
Word around ____ fan sites was that Billy wanted 5 million. Just saying...He may have priced himself out of contention. And Cocks are a bit gun shy as they forked out a bunch of money for Muschamp.... with little results. Beamer was sort of the players (ex players anyway) choice.
I’ll interpret that as meaning Coach is saying it would take $5 million a year for him and his family to want to leave Paradis, Cher.
Hence, the adage, "not everything is for sale, but everything has a price." Fortunately for us, that price is high.
