Nobody predicted the a ss kicking the Cajuns put on the Jags. Ten lousy lonely points. They couldn’t even settle for field goal attempts.

I gave USA's defense to much credit and didn't give Louisiana's enough.

Coastal and Georgia Southern (combined in 120 minutes) could only score 47 points on USA.

Louisiana scored 38 points in 50 minutes before pulling the starters. They could have easily scored more if need be.

My guess was 11 low on offense and 7 high on defense.

I knew I got it way wrong in the first half.

Who is back in? Not Thomas. He was carted off the field.

My bad, I was looking at the game on "Gamecast" and they were noting that Thomas was playing...Injury Update, "The win also came with injury to App State quarterback Zac Thomas. Thomas was hit as he ran out of bounds during the fourth quarter. He was placed on a stretcher and taken off in an ambulance, but Coach Shawn Clark said after the game that Thomas would be OK."

I didnt understand that no band but cheerleaders and ragin jazz, I figured if one was out all would be out and the issues were contact issues from what I understood stemming from Halloween weekend

In this game they were averaging a TD every 10 minutes. And had almost 10 to play.

That's 45-10

All year this team has poured it on in the fourth Q. so another TD on top is within reason.

We had one after a first down on a fake punt.

Forgot about that one. Fumble actually helped us because runner did not have the first down and fumbled ball forward. Had he not fumbled it would have been a turnover on downs and would have given up about 15 yards of field position.

The dance team practices to music recorded by the band at a separate location. They do final practice on Saturday of the game. The dance team and the band are never together during the week. They don't travel together for away games. At least that is the way they did it when I was in the POA. Practice for dance team and band are at two different times and locations.
