Yes, I have read everything you have posted, including this: The Coastal loss falls squarely on the shoulders of the defense.

As it was not a pick 6 which means the defense had an opportunity to defend and we got the ball back and an opportunity to score, I am somewhat baffled by the position that the INT “sealed the game” or “ended our chances to win.”

The INT completely shifted the momentum of the game. From that point on Coastal was in control.

Vic, Cajun4life was a former football and track guy at UL. Listen to what he is saying. LL has done a great job in his career but he has taken a step back this year. Yes we get all the help he lost, but the decision making and the easy throws that doesn't get completed leaves a lot to be desired. Hopefully everyone will put it all together soon. High school seniors will be the losers with this new rule.

I think it will be up to the university on how they handle it, but they can carry 105 scholarship players next year. The following year they must be back to the normal scholarship levels. Since we have such a small senior class to begin with I’d expect a small signing class.
