Actually after seeing the replay, I see what Napier was arguing about, you can't let the ball touch the ground, and they did, that should have been called down on that 2 point conversion.

Just to be a bit clearer, the QB used the ball to keep himself up, that is down, and the whistle should have been blown.

I had thought this was the rule as well. Wondering why they did not review. Could be wrong ... trying to find in rule book.
