Possessions are at a premium. We have to score when the ball is ours. Last week’s 1st half was a crap sandwich. Let’s keep our heads up.

I gotta say - after watching 6 quarters of football since Iowa State - we should not be ranked...

If Snyder is allowed to attempt another FG this season that’s on Billy. Time to try someone...ANYONE....else.

Coach didn't want to kick it, I can tell you that. He refused to in a couple of drives previously but at that point in the half with that much time, you have to put the kicker out there with a hopeful assumption he can earn his scholarship and put in through. It's not like this guy is missing 50 yard FG's. These are in the 30-40 yard range.

Fight on Cajuns, fight on to victory for the red and white.
We will sing of triumph and glory for our team tonight.
You will hear the rage of the Cajuns so let's give a YELL! (Ayeee!)
Hustle up and bustle up and fight on to victory.
    Geaux UL!

It's apparent why he didn't handle PK duties at Indiana now. I feel for the kid, but he's got to fix whatever problems that are bothering him.

It's obvious they have zero confidence in Snyder. On the very first possession, they elected to go for it when they had 4&5 from the 15 yard line instead of putting the first 3 points on the board. Should be 13 - 7 right now, Cajuns. Unless they find a kicker, it will cost us a game or two this year. Hopefully not today.

I agree, they had to kick it, we needed those points. It's such a huge anchor at this point to not be able to rely on getting a FG.

Is the kicking talent that low this year or did we just get lucky (sarcasm)!

We haven’t had a kicker in years, what gives they have to have someone they can get.
