App will fall. Couple of unusual plays hurt App. One was a guy about to score had the ball punched out and another was a key pick by Marshall. Tulane falls to Navy after leading 24 to 0. Green Wave offense was very poor in second half. That QB they had which transferred from LSU carried them the last two years. Guy they have now struggled today going 10 for 25.
