Local weather babe here in the SC upstate says storm stays to the south of the ATL, moving over Macon Beacon on Thursday into Friday. If the ATL airport is shut down, they could fly into Birmingham and bus to ATL. All over by Friday evening.

Gotta make some plays in the passing game but I do think we'll have more success there than last week. Need another playmaker or two to step up in the passing game. If that occurs, we will be really tough to beat. I think we go in there and take care of business.

So you are right, the Cyclones did a good a job of rushing our QB.
Try 14 sacks. Levi doesn’t get sacked often. One of the things that separates him is his ability to evade and extend plays.

. I wonder if the storm slowing down makes it more likely the game is played in pretty heavy rain.

In theory Ga Southern is the option football team.

So Georgia State Depth Chart has been released and here are the interesting things based off of my initial breakdown.

No change at QB and/or WR/TE.

Due to injury, Seth Paige at Running Back is probably not going to see any action. Paige was a pretty decent backup last year for them, so this will hurt their depth at the RB position. Listed as the #2 is Tucker Gregg, he is a 5'10" 210 lb Junior, he had 1 start 2 years ago and rushed for 139 yards that year and then only finished with 15 carries for 56 yards last year.

On the O-Line the only question will be the new starter at RT either R-So Johnathan Bass or Desperlado Alexandre, who I had mentioned to be starting there.

Interestingly enough the big surprise is that I don't see Jaymest Williams, the South Carolina transfer in at Safety on Defense. So that is the really only change that I notice.

Special teams is listed exactly as I predicted it.

So not a lot of changes from what I thought but like i said they plan on starting a R-Freshman at the Safety position that the SC Jamyest Williams was supposed to play, so that should help us attacking their defense. The R-Freshman is Antavious Lane. He is a 5' 9" 180 lb player out of West Palm Beach, Fl. He was a 3 star recruit who played in 4 games last year making 3 tackles on the season.
