And three of the five are what I call 'inexcusable squeakers'. Navy barely beat UNT, Va Tech barely beat Liberty, J State barely beat Chattanooga.

Your boast was 10:1, for every 1 teaming falling flat after a big game, you could find 10 that did not.

I pulled all of the 'upsets' last year, i.e., unranked teams beating ranked teams. These don't really make my point; I want to look at teams that haven't 'been there', who go on to win the next week.

Nevertheless, the numbers prove you wrong: 23 losses, 11 real wins, 3 inexcusable squeaker wins.
