Ahh Plaintiff Attorneys. The profession that has ruined this state and country. Too many of these Greedy idiots. They seriously need to make law school and the bar more difficult to limit the numbers of attorneys we have in this state.
I heard a speaker a year ago, who was an advocate for tort reform in Louisiana. I can't verify this, but he said Louisiana had the most attorneys per capita in the country. There is only so much traditional legal business to go around, so in order to generate income, they have created the lawsuit culture we now deal with. The state should eliminate the Southern Law school because it accepts all the LSU law school rejects. That would solve much of our problem. The same can be said about Loyola Law School in NOLA. They accept all of Tulane's rejects, but they are a private school, so the state can't do anything about them.
This issue could be taken care of by the politicians, but wait, they no better than the lawyers.
How many politicians are receiving money from the lawyers?
