On a positive note; All of the P5 teams have apparently been placed back in the system and are being ranked. But, even with that, it only droped UL down to #26-#27. I think there will be some losses that take place in the Top 25 almost every week. Therefore, if the Cajuns can continue taking care of business, it will only take a loss or two in the Top 25 for the Cajuns to return in that number. But, if UL takes a loss, all bets are off the table.

Good news is that only two teams that are ahead of us have losses (LSU and Oklahoma). Both of those guys were in the FBS playoffs last year. We are in good shape as long as we win.
We have a really fickle fan base. Usually it is complaining about other stuff, now we are complaining that we are in most peoples eyes ranked between #20 - #30 in the nation. I do not think this fan base will ever be happy. I know we all want the absolute best, but can we not just sit back and enjoy being 3-0 and 2-0 in the SBC with a 10 day break to get healthy.
I'm more excited that our fanbase has a little higher expectations. I remember when we would hope to win 6 games just to make it to a bowl. Now, we are hoping to be ranked. That means that there's a standard that's been increased with this program. I don't expect it to always be like this, but it's nice to have an unusual conversation like actually being ranked.
