Did his son play for USL?

I did not know him, he was The Godfather of a really good friend of mine. Above is the obituary
He was from Rayne, I think. I spoke to his God Son Brent Hains who told me that he was a bigger Cajun Fan then me and I said that was impossible, but having another Cajun in heaven (he was a Christian), is always a good thing.
And for Pete’s sake, please don’t attack the obituary for saying U.L.L.
Did Mr. Guidry post here by any chance?
Any die hard CAJUN FAN is a friend of mine.. Sorry to hear of a good Man's passing ! Rest in peace.
Yes I knew him very well and was a great friend. His Mother was a Broussard from Estherwood LA. His Mother is still living. His uncle was Ernie Broussard from Estherwood. That whole family had a rich history with UL. Ricky would stop by the Krewe before the games. He tailgated with the Herb Schilling group right by the stadium. He was a big participant on Ragin Pagin and Louisiana scout .com. We talked once a week to each discussing anything UL. A big time religous person. I am going to miss him.
I recognize him from events I have attended in the past. Condolences to his family.
God, Family, UL...sounds like a life well lived to me.
