Yes I knew him very well and was a great friend. His Mother was a Broussard from Estherwood LA. His Mother is still living. His uncle was Ernie Broussard from Estherwood. That whole family had a rich history with UL. Ricky would stop by the Krewe before the games. He tailgated with the Herb Schilling group right by the stadium. He was a big participant on Ragin Pagin and Louisiana scout .com. We talked once a week to each discussing anything UL. A big time religous person. I am going to miss him.

Ricky was a good man! I can't say I knew him well, but in my conversations with him he clearly loved UL and he loved being with his friends. #AnotherCajunGoingHome
