  1. People Tony Robichaux's lessons more important than ever a year after his death

If there is any question about the impact Tony Robichaux had on former University of Louisiana at Lafayette_pitcher Brandon Young, one need only look at the righty’s right arm.

    Right around the biceps muscle.

It is a tattoo of Robichaux’s longtime uniform number, 36. And Young isn’t the only one who has one

    What a special dude!!!!!

I know we all have our Coach Robe moments, but mine is special. My wife was considering us coming down to Lafayette from NC to put our now passed away son in the UL baseball camp and Coach Robe called my wife and son directly to speak to them and not ask about baseball, but ask about us. Ask about our family, ask about our lives. At the end he did talk a little baseball, but that was just a small piece of the conversation. One regret I have is that we never got down to participate before Braeden passed away, but I am sure Coach Robe and Braeden are having a pretty good game of catch right now.
