Everybody wants to renew the series...even Tech fans. I know and work with a few. It’s a great rivalry that would generate fan interest and more importantly financial success.

Our administration isn't waiting on Tech in matters of a regional realignment. Tech will work with others in the region like USM or they will find themselves spending more than before on athletics. They were fortunate enough to receive federal FEMA money to repair their baseball stadium or they would be playing at Ruston High.

My point was that we are willing to sign a multi-year home and home with Tech for future football schedules. I realize we are not waiting on them.

Regarding FEMA, it is what it is. Their facilities were ravaged by that storm and they are entitled to some assistance...$9 mill is a bit much but I’m not losing sleep over it.

First, I will grant you that Jeff DRISKEL was a very good player for Tech, but at least spell his name correctly, if you are such a fan.

2nd, Driskel was a Graduate Transfer from a decent (not great) Florida program. He had a significant amount of starting experience in his background, this is very different from today's transfer portal experiences.

Try not to spend all that CUSA TV contract money all in one place ... oh wait.
