Every team since Abner Doubleday wrote the rules has had a system in place to try to steal signs. It is literally a time honored part of the game.

Of all the rumors out there of which teams have been doing it, the Dodgers haven't been implicated.

Yankees, Red Sox, Phillies & Rangers are the names I have read the most. I certainly believe the majority of teams were doing it.

The issue that haunts my beloved Astros is that they continued to implement their version of sign stealing after the commissioner sent his memo out.

I am interested in seeing what the letter to the Yankees entails, but I still don't get the Red Sox lack of punishment, especially with the previous Apple Watch issues with them.
