    In phase II, all restaurants can have inside seating with seating capacity at 50%.

    Another solid choice is Cafe Vermillionville.

    Except the trash in the streets on Sunday morning is kind of depressing. Stay away from the underpass,. The trash and homeless in the street is disturbing. The homeless people sleeping in the front of the old Lafayette hardware store and Cap. One bank building is shocking.

    Avoid that area altogether. There is an unplanned speed bump that 4 administrations have refused to fix.
