Keyes committing here would probably get Napier an SEC head coach offer just on recruiting prowess alone. Not to mention the NCAA investigating us because they are ____ed he didn't go to a SEC school to sit for 3 years.

Over the last 5 years, only three, 4* or better, QB's have signed with non-P5 schools: Princeton, Cincy & Boise.

Watched Brayden practice last August with a former Cajun QB. We were very impressed with his ability to spin it! Big arm, smooth touch, had all the throws. Not particularly athletic, but not Brady like. Sorry to hear this, but we went from not much in the cupboard to plenty in a short period of time! I do like the McDowell kid athletically over Fields....but no idea about intangibles, leadership or understanding of the offense. Gonna be fun to watch!
