So is there a bonus if a conference has the best bowl win % or most wins?

The entire season is used to determine conference rankings, bowls included. Nothing separate for the bowl outcomes.

i say we root for the MAC, a. the mwc team is undefeated i think and thus a challenge for our final ranking spot. b. it doesnt appear they will give the trophy to a 2-0 conf. so it would be ours and c. mwc has the most bowl cup titles already..... side note i stumbled across, the MWC and the Sunbelt are the only two conferences whose all teams remained bowl eligible the entire season... might be a first.

We'll never know, but I'd still say yes since they were picked last in the SBC.

#24 Tulsa goes down to Mississippi State (who finishes with a losing record) and #22 SJSU getting drilled by 6-1 Ball State. Makes our bowl win that much more important.

#18 Miami lost last night. I’m sure the cabal will jump #20 Texas and #21 OSU past us.
