Some nice offers FIU, Nevada, UTEP, Grambling, Rhode Island and VCU.

This article seems to give a pretty good description of him. Originally committed to FIU before going to prep school. Looks like he was getting lots of interest from some pretty big time programs last fall.

Definitely has upside and could turn out to be a solid player. Just watching some of the clips, it looks like he plays 'small' for a big man. By that I mean, he doesn't go up strong or finish strong, in my opinion.

6'10" is something you can't teach, so hopefully he can develop into a finisher.

So when can he sign. The 2020/21 season or the next year?

He was a four star coming out of HS and signed with FIU from what I understand. I am not sure why he decided to go to Prep School vs joining the Panthers. He is a 2 star now after a year in Prep School. In fact his rating dropped to a 2 star before playing a game in Prep School. Rating probably dropped after deciding on FIU. Many of those ratings are directly related to profile of the schools recruiting you and their national profile. Other than that, I have no idea why a rating would change so much. Nevada article does have one thing incorrect. He went to Springfield Academy and not TaylorMade Academey which is supposedly in Metairie. I presume Springfield is in Massachusetts. I figured it was a northern prep school as his Twitter announcement says he is looking forward to moving south. I will research how he did at Springfield later. Appears to be a high energy guy with good athleticism. He may have to play quite a bit for a freshman since we are not sure if the Portland transfer will have his waiver granted. Fills a need of course. We definitely needed another inside player who does not have an eligibility question.

Verbalcommits.com showed a 4 star from ESPN. Must've been from last year. Don't know why they dropped him so much.
