Since Glasco has become coach, there has been a total of 18 girls transfer out. That averages to a total of 6 girls per year transferring out.
Right now, I trust the process. This will become the new norm in college athletics with the transfer portal.

Once again, Bob Marlin is a trendsetter.

Out of the 6 kids from 2020 only Roman remains. Garay, Neel and Hebert are in the portal. Fawcett transfered to Rutgers and Rufus quit. I'm with T expect this to be the new normal all across the ncaa landscape regardless of which sport.

I thought he would have had that total his first year.

I know Hebert committed to the university in February of 2017 and Coach Glasco wasn't named coach until the end of November. I don't know about the rest of the class.

If you were paying close attention and watched some of the fall ball and how newcomers were progressing, you shouldn't be surprised that Roman is the only one left with all of the transfers coming in.

Wasn't surprised at all, I did think Fawcett would have stuck. Only her and Roman stood out.

Coach Glasco was hired having never been a head coach, therefore no recruits to follow him to UL. The early recruiting was hot and heavy then, so most of the top players were already committed to Power 5 schools down to the 2021/2022 class. Those two classes will be Coach Glasco's first TRUE recruiting classes. He has had to fill the gaps with transfers since then.

Glasco was the head coach for the Scrapyard pro team before coming to UL.
