Never brought Marlin up. MBB players, as discussed previous years, transfer more than any other sport. When there’s only @ 1,800 D-1 starting positions available, there are a lot of egos not being fed. The big fish in the little pond quickly becomes the little fish in the big pond. And no, that’s not a Marlin reference.

Which would be a permanent rule change. This has been in the pipeline for awhile and would basically create free agency in college athletics. Not a one time chance.
