The Louisiana Ragin' Cajuns played host to a number of prep football prospects over the weekend.

The list of high school players who paid a visit to Louisiana included a local standout, as well as a youngster already offered by the Cajuns

During a recruiting dead period, no official and unofficial visits are allowed, nor are contacts or evaluations. Phone calls and text messages are still permitted.

The SEC on Thursday suspended on-campus and off-campus recruiting for all sports through March 30, and other universities also imposed recruiting restrictions.

The NCAA's move creates a level playing field for all to follow.

The NCAA "encouraged" a stop to all official and unofficial visits but did not ban them. Face to Face recruiting was stopped by the NCAA. This happened on the 14th.

Here's what we all need to be concerned about. Will there even be a 2020 college football season? At this point, I'm thinking not.

I’m confident that there’s gonna be a football season in the normal time. The vaccine is not far from mass testing. Then you vaccinate players, coaches and support. The next group are fans of active booster clubs like RCAF.
