Thread: New Horizons for Coach Deggs

  1. UL Baseball New Horizons for Coach Deggs

On the mid-July day he was introduced as the new leader of a Cajuns baseball program that hadn’t had a new head coach since 1995, the day he succeeded the late Tony Robichaux, Matt Deggs hardly held back.

He acknowledged demons that have altered his life.

I suggest to anyone who hasn’t done so yet to buy Coach Deggs’ book, “15 to 28.” It’s a great read, and he is very open about his past and how he got over his struggles.

Unfortunately I am not a big reader. However, I read his book “15 to 28” in one day while sitting on the beach in Destin. A very good read and I highly recommend it!

Yeah I’m not a big reader either. My friend been having the book and been telling me I have to read it. So I told him if Deggs ever became our HC I would read it! Well it happened so I read it!
