As far as what difference guys injured will make, I expect it to more on the defensive end. Caldwell is a strong defensive player and he is highly intelligent. I recall you making similar predictions about Johnson's abilities. Right now I'd say johnson is a B- player. Washington was an A- player. I'd be surprised if Cadwell will be better than a C.

Johnson has been OK but not as good as expected. Cadwell was actually accepted to the UT Business school. That is extremely hard to get but he decided to pursue basketball. His basketball IQ will what will help him contribute in ways the stat sheet won’t show.

Agreed but we were short handed against Georgia State. No excuse against Wyoming. Shots simply did not fall in Laramie and plenty were open.

Johnson has been OK but not as good as expected. He shot the three ball well on the scout team last year but for some reason it has not translated as well to the actual games. I am cautiously optimistic about Cadwell as well. I’m curious as how he went from not having any D1 offers to getting lots of interest and eventually committing to Buffalo before he ever played a game at Daytona State. It obviously wasn’t a grades issue. Have you heard about what transpired over the summer after he graduated?

He wasn't going to play basketball anymore. Had started school as a student at UT.
